The cost of treating the waste material is determined and based on the waste material sample and the completed Waste Material Profile form.

A WASTE MATERIAL PROFILE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY EACH CLIENT BEFORE SUBMITTING A SAMPLE. BY LAW, WHEN THE WASTE WATER IS DELIVERED TO OUR PLANT, A SIGNED MANIFEST IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE FACILITY.

Waste Material Profile Acceptance

USWR needs a true sample of the waste material, and a Waste Material Profile form completed and signed by the generator. To complete the Waste Material Profile form requires a description of the waste water and it's hazardous characteristics. You made need the services of an independent environmental lab to complete this form like GEL Laboratories at www.gel.net. USWR will determine if it can process the waste material based on the completed Waste Material Profile form and the submitted waste material sample. Once the waste sample has been determined acceptable by USWR then a profile number is issued. The profile number is placed on the Waste Material Profile form by our technician. USWR will contact the generator with the results of our test and the cost to process the waste material.

Waste Material Arrival

When the waste material load is delivered to USWR's water treatment facility, a USWR technician will take a sample of the waste material. USWR's lab will test the sample and determine if the criteria are matching the previous sample and profile. If the samples match the technician will off load the waste material.

USWR can reject a load at anytime if the load does not correspond to the original waste material profile. The waste sampling procedure for analysis of pollutants conforms to US regulation pursuant to 40 CFR part 36, as amended. All testing is performed by a SCDHEC certify laboratory.
